META has moved to a 4-day working week
We strongly believe that meeting clients’ expectations and requirements matters more than the number of hours worked. We also believe in a healthy work / life balance.
In June 2023, all staff began working a 4-day week (Monday to Thursday inclusive) with no change to their terms and conditions other than a reduction in weekly hours worked.
We undertook a great deal of research and have found that our productivity and output has been maintained (if not improved upon). We truly believe we have continued to deliver the high-quality service expected by our clients.

Highland Wildlife Park
We are very excited to announce to have been appointed the design of the M&E services for the Scottish Wildlife Discovery Centre at the Highland Wildlife Park. The site consists of three buildings; the Hilltop Hub, the Learning Hub and the Discovery Centre.
Our Climate Commitment
Everyone has their part to play in the race to net-zero. It is important to take action and lead by example in the push to a cleaner and greener future, therefore META has pledged to the SME Climate Commitment to:
Halve our greenhouse gas emissions before 2030.
Achieve net zero emissions before 2050.
Disclose our progress on a yearly basis.
